Purpose of the Registry
The information is used to process orders, to provide products and services, and to develop new products and services. The information may be used by Gasera Ltd., its affiliated companies, or agents to market and promote the products and services of Gasera Ltd., and its affiliated companies, and to conduct market research (whether or not done on an aggregated basis). Gasera does not currently sell customer information to third parties for use in marketing third party products, however, unless you provide notice to us at the email address set out below, Gasera may do so in the future.

Gasera can use alphanumeric identifiers ("cookies") which would be transferred to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our system to recognize your browser when you return to this web site and to monitor traffic patterns. In some cases due to technical reasons, data can be stored on servers or other equipment of our subcontractors, where they are being handled through a technical connection.

The information may be used to protect our customers, our third party vendors and ourselves against harmful, wrongful or other unauthorized activity. As such, Gasera Ltd. may disclose any information received or collected to a law enforcement agency, a government or regulatory entity, or as determined by Gasera Ltd. to protect its rights and the rights of its affiliated companies, including without limitation, participating or conducting investigations of fraud, harassment or other types of unauthorized activities.
This site does not target children and our requests for information are not directed to children.
Data protection
Data is stored in databases that are protected with firewalls, passwords and other technical measures. The databases and their backup-copies are stored in locked and guarded locations, and only certain, previously appointed persons can access them.

Any action related to this Privacy Policy will be governed by the Finnish law. Gasera Ltd. takes reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing information stored at Gasera Ltd. Despite such efforts, hackers may wrongfully gain access to transmissions or to stored data. Gasera Ltd. is not liable for damages caused by any such wrongful access.
